Georgian Tradition Meets New Zealand Design

Founded by artisan Tamari Kvirikashvili in Mount Eden, our atelier blends Georgian crafting traditions with New Zealand's contemporary design sensibility. What began as a passion project has evolved into a destination for bespoke handmade gifts.

Tamari learned her craft from her grandmother in Tbilisi, mastering techniques passed down through generations. After relocating to New Zealand, she found a community interested in authentic alternatives to mass-produced goods.

Today, our team of four artisans collaborates to create pieces that honor tradition while embracing innovation.

Premium Materials

We source the finest materials from ethical suppliers across New Zealand and beyond. From vegetable-tanned leather to locally-sourced clay, every material is chosen for its quality, sustainability, and beauty.

Our leather comes from Canterbury tanneries using traditional methods. Ceramics are crafted from Northland clay. Natural dyes are extracted from native plants.

Visit our studio to watch artisans transform raw materials into handmade pieces, explore our materials library, and discuss your custom project.

Located on Normanby Road, our studio welcomes visitors who appreciate heritage craftsmanship and modern design. We host monthly open studio events, quarterly workshops, and private consultations by appointment.
